will it be possible to share the code snippet you are using to download the template?
Also would be helpful if you can share a request and response log that would help us with investigating this issue.
This happen for us when we upload a new template on Docusign and configure it. It is accessible in Android online signing but when we try to access the same document in iOS. it gave us this error.
how it got fixed is bit weird to me. When I send the same template to a recipient then it get fixed. Ideally this should not be the case. It should work as expected.

We are getting "The folder “EC6B69E8-08EE-4E2E-9907-71A315D30505.pdf” doesn’t exist." for Template id when I am trying to download the template ID.
