Create new example project

With the addition of block support, lerping, and shorthand syntaxes there are now multiple ways to animate things in PRTween. The existing example project was put together at the last minute and could use a makeover. Something that demonstrates the different ways a tween can be constructed and lets users explore all the curves we ship with would be much better.
