Cooking time values

Hello!

Small inconsistency on the /docs/how-to-make-tempeh page, in regards to the soy beans cooking time.
In the Quick and easy version we have 45 min cooking time, but in the Detailed version, in the table, the cooking time is 75 minutes. I'm only guessing that the 75 min will need an update, but I'll let you guys review this change.
