Tuya Lights Use Non-Standard Temperature Messages

I am using Kogan Smarterhome CTL/RGB BLE mesh lights (a Tuya device) and have noticed that the light appears not to conform to the BLE mesh specification for Light CTL Set and Light CTL Set Unacknowledged, resulting in incorrect colour temperatures (the light is much too warm) when using this software.

This seems like an implementation error in the Tuya firmware (as the light has the correct temperature when set within their app). Tuya lights are very common so I suggest a fix that changes the temperature scaling function depending upon a node configuration variable.
