Publish a message on Light Power ON

Is there a way to publish a message when the light is Power ON.

I mean when the bulb is power via a switch. Mesh might get a message on the network to see the device connected.

I have the same question with the light state. Do I open a new issue for it ? Currently the state is set to OFF by default on software boot. Can you read the BLE build state and publish it on boot ? I don't know the code/command to use to make such a thing.

That is actually a different thing from an implementation point of view, actively reading the light state should not be a problem. I thought I actually already implemented this, but maybe I am mistaken. I'll have a look when I find some time.
