Came back from lunch and it still said "installing", so I figured something hung. Rebooted, tried again from the commandline, and this time I got the "add repo?" popup that Eddy hadn't shown me. All proceeded from there without issue.
There's gotta be a way to detect when something wants use input and make it visible, eh?

I just tried to use Eddy to install vscode on a fresh machine. Downloaded the deb from https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/?dv=linux64_deb and launched Eddy to install it. Went to lunch.
