Plugins and Extensions are not decrypted

This is related to #5, but every executables from the PlugIns and Extensions directories aren't getting decrypted, which breaks a lot of apps.

By the way, the only way you can install these decrypted apps is through TrollStore on device. It will not work with 3U tools or filza
