wiki page update suggestion

Hi there!

I recently used the instructions in https://github.com/dorssel/usbipd-win/wiki/WSL-support#building-your-own-usbip-enabled-wsl-2-kernel to build the wsl kernel, and it worked out!

The only thing I would suggest is to include dwarves into the apt install prerequisite list. I needed to get the dwarves package to complete the kernel compilation. (the actual error was about pahole not existing, which it seems the dwarves package resolved it)

I don't think I can do a PR for wiki page update, so I'm putting in a discussion instead.
