Question: Will uninstalling/removing this application also revert the firewall rule changes?

I have a question: are the uninstalling/removing steps given in the README file sufficient to also automatically reverse the firewall changes that it made during the installation process?

Yes, it should. There should be no leftovers after uninstalling.

Thanks, that is nice! Also another question, does it also allow/support accessing built in bluetooth?

Only if the bluetooth is USB based. Some are PCIe though. Just check with usbipd list. If it shows up, it should work.
