Reduce the likely hood of CVE's occurring and reduce maintainance by reducing packages

I would like Newtonsoft to be replaced with System.Text.Json which can be provided by the framework once the library is multi targeted,

will start by doing it .NET 9 scaffolding and service .NET 8 in the coming months
