aspire run - No indication of which app host project is being run

I have previously run aspire in a directory, selected a project and had a settings file created.

When I subsequently run aspire run, and the app host is built and run, there is no indication when app host project it is for.

Which app host is building?

Which app host is running?

I think this creates a confusing user experience.

I like this suggestion, it could show the path to the app host.
