SDk style project when used with .NET Standard, the solution does not apply. #34818
Description
The solution does not apply to the SDK Style projects if we are targeting .NET standard. It will give you the error saying, Could not find library "Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll" even if I give the reference to it explicitly above like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework.NETFramework\v4.6.1\Microsoft.VisualBasic.dll
