[UUF] System.CommandLine app throws exception #51291

Description
Some of the instructions are incorrect. Possibly due to updates. For example, after displaying the finalized and finished application code, you instruct the reader to run: scl quotes read --file nofile. However, this still throws the stack trace exception. Adding a fileOptions.Validators.Add func can resolve this, but as this is outlined now the fileOption DefaultValueFactory does not execute for the quotes command.
