Description

After rotating the Android emulator, the page content has extra blank space.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Android.
2.Click I1_Layout of line break mode.
3.Rotate Android Emulator.
4.View the page.

Actual result:
The page content has extra blank space.

Expected result:
After rotating the iOS simulator, you can see that the page content is compact and there is no extra space.

Is this a regression from previous behavior?

Not a regression. It can also be reproduced on 9.0.21 and 8.0.3.
