Description

Attached is a screenshot for your reference regarding the issue inside the Collection View header content. I am facing this issue only on iOS; it works fine on Android. The padding and margin on the left side are causing the content to be cut off in iOS.

This issue has been verified Visual Studio 17.13 Preview2.1 (9.0.21 & 9.0.14& 8.0.100 &8.0.3). Can repro this issue on iOS platform.
This issue also reproes on latest MAUI release 9.0.21 with CollectionView2 handlers.

@maonaoda - This is a temporary fix. When will the official fix (merge in main code) be available in an update? write now i added this code using handler.
