The up-to-date list of supported EnC/Hot Reload edits is currently maintained here:

It is linked from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/debugger/supported-code-changes-csharp

We should move the info from Roslyn repo to learn.microsoft.com and redirect the Roslyn .md file to the official doc page.
The official doc page should be kept up to date as the source of truth.
