Because of the naming convention of the azure linux packages, it's hard to set defaults for those packages in Arcade. If possible, this would be nice. Otherwise, sdk and aspnetcore should directly set the FileSignInfo for those packages.

This has been taken care of with a change in arcade. dotnet/arcade#15684
