Add a load test #1195
Description
Our POR is to run this test on a single instance (a dev machine perferably) that simulates a users interaction for a certain period of time. This should collect data on the number of requests and monitor for errors. The theory is that scale would be linear with multiple instances if this works given most of Try.NET's execution is on the users browser.
