Updating procedure stucked

Comes from dabian partitions

fastboot erase boot
fastboot flash boot handsomemod-msm89xx-msm8916-openstick_uf896-squashfs-boot.img
fastboot erase rootfs
fastboot flash rootfs handsomemod-msm89xx-msm8916-openstick_uf896-squashfs-system.img
fastboot reboot
red led is blinking & green on but adb and fastboot devices is gone. i mean does not showing device managers.

any thought ? thanks in advance.
