I can't find a way, once a file is opened in MDLook, to get it to "refresh", i.e., re-read and re-parse/preview the file. You can double-click it again in the file manager, or you can just "run" it in your terminal prompt again and it will get re-read, but I was looking for something within the app, e.g., hitting F5. (Even better: To have a "monitor" mode where it tracked filesystem changes and refreshed automatically. (All above if the file being used in MDLook isn't currently modified in the app. Some kind of "do you want to refresh and lose your changes?" query dialog I guess would be appropriate if the file was modified in the app.)
