People have been having login issues and so do I and there aren't any updates. When I try to sign in with Google, it won't allow me to

It's because Chromedriver doesn't support 4PCC (fourth-party cookie credentials) anymore. You can't use it anymore, unless you still have a spare PC with old firmware (e.g., Windows 8.1).
