The plugin should probably operate as a function workflow

The kind of thing this plugin does is really what function workflows are for. It would be good to still be able to manually annotate blocks with the plugin registered tasks but ultimately I think applying this information in a function workflow once MLIL is available (assuming #29 is implemented) would create the best experience.
