Lots of glue code to put together the pipeline and step through a disaster as seen by Twitter
UI should enable pause, rewind, fast-forward?
Possibly augment with major news events from disaster (e.g., Wikipedia timeline)

Have started work on basic replaying relatively chronologically in twitter-replay in the twilight Node.js package.
