Tweedr Tutorial Website Down #13

I followed your installation guide and finished till the 'Instantiating the database',
Tables already created in the database mysql :

| Tables_in_tweedr |
+----------------------+
| DamageClassification |
| keyword_sample |
| labels |
| tokenized_labels |
| tweets |
| uniform_sample |

But still cant find a clue how to start your app, I read the wiki and tried to access the tutorial web, but it seems down,

Is there any way to know the docs of your Tweedr app or the tutorial how it is work?
because i cant find any helpful information from gogling
