I think by now the cargo:rerun-if-changed=<path> is ubiqutous in all cxx-using cases, so I think it would make a lot of sense to automatically generate these as part of the bridge building. This is especially important because most of the time the path string is hardcoded in the user's code, so may be easily mismatch and cause surprising behavior.
