ninja + fortran not usable on alpine #135

Getting the following error:

2025-01-28T14:07:14.5307512Z   The Ninja generator does not support Fortran using Ninja version

2025-01-28T14:07:14.5308152Z 
2025-01-28T14:07:14.5308410Z   due to lack of required features.  Ninja 1.10 or higher is required.

My suggestion would be to bump to ninja 1.12 as it is in the alpine repos. I am not sure why it is using such an old ninja version.
