Mac OSX Instructions don't work while using Anaconda

I had to comment out the following lines in .bash_profile. I was able to download dt_shell but after running everything dts could not be found.
. /anaconda2/etc/profile.d/conda.sh
. /anaconda2/etc/profile.d/conda.sh
conda activate

[liampaull]

so is this an open issue, or you solved it?

This is an open issue, in order to "solve" it I turned off anaconda.
