ISSUE
this occurs when cloning the repo:

warning: the following paths have collided (e.g. case-sensitive paths
on a case-insensitive filesystem) and only one from the same
colliding group is in the working tree:

  'static/icons/cc-by-4.0/Blood_Immunology/Helicase_11/Eosinophil.svg'
  'static/icons/cc-by-4.0/Blood_Immunology/Helicase_11/eosinophil.svg'

FIX
md5 has shows that eosinophil.svg and eosinophil-ok.svg are the same file. So I deleted eosinophil.svg

Eosinophil.svg is a different file (less pink), and I renamed this to eosinophil.svg to keep the lowercase naming scheme.
