Summary

The dusk analyzer CI is failing because the rust version specified in the rust-toolchain.toml file is version 1.71.0 nightly, but 1.71.1 or newer is needed

This issue appears to not have come up before because the cargo install of the dusk analyzer persisted from some previous installation.
