• I have searched the jetson-containers issues and found no similar feature requests.

Description

We should automatize the creation of wheels and dockers... it is very burnout all demand
For that actions-runners i required.

due that github has arm runners, we can add ARM runners but we can't test it(because arm runners not has gpu). We can add self-hosted for that.

add jetson agx orin/thor as self-hosted.
Add GH200/GB200 as self-hosted also
