  • Notification when DDS is live on Twitch
  • Commands
    • Shoutout to a Twitch channel
    • Get a list of all channels that are tracked (admin only)
    • Add a new streamer to the list (admin only)
    • Remove a streamer from the list (admin only)

Need to wait on update pycord to 2.5.0 because of aiohttp in twitchApi v4.2.0. For now we using v4.1.0.
