Complete lambda example

First of all thanks for creating this library, and for adding a middy middleware :D

I'm new to both middy and lambdas, and I'm a bit lost. Would you mind provinding a simple complete example of a lambda function using middy and sqs-extended-client? It would be a really useful addition to the README.
