Depending on your browser, you will be able to install the extension from one of these stores. Many different browsers are Chromium based, so you can freely visit Chrome Web Store to install the extension.
Past installation, it's highly recommended to pin the extension and then completely close your browser and reopen it. Otherwise, you'll have to reload all of the active tabs, where you plan to use the extension for the first time. That's because all previous tab sessions, do not get access to any newly installed extensions.
Depending on your browser, you should have something similar to this in your browser toolbar.

Click on the icon and the popup will appear. It contains extension controls.

Upon clean installation, it will come with some predefined defaults:
- Mode will be set to Normal on Android devices and Upscale for the rest
- Shortcut controls for mode toggling will be
CTRL + SHIFT + Z
(press and hold all together, do not press+
symbol, it's just for readability)
Basically, you'll be able to control how extension behaves with your fingertips (keyboard shortcuts) or directly in the popup by toggling one of the inactive modes.
In order for extension to take effect, you have to go to an video streaming website. Let's use an YouTube video as a reference, for demonstration: Kevin James - Short Film
Once you open it, click on "Fullscreen" button in the video player. You should immediately see the video upscaled (no black bars on any sides). Try using the shortcut to toggle mode. If it does not work, go back to popup window of the extension and try to record new custom keystrokes that you prefer.
If you pause the extension via popup control or keyboard shortcuts, you won't be able to reactivate it via keyboard shortcuts. It can only be reactivated through the popup control. This is bad experience, but it's intentional to save your memory and battery, by terminating the shortcut listeners.
