Showing the task bar at throttle of API

Normally hidden task bar on windows 11 shows up everytime lofi makes the spotify API throttle, which happens often (it has the blinking of a newly open app)

Interesting, seems like track info changes makes the window blink in the task bar?

Do you have the Always show track info option toggled on or off?

Thinking maybe turning this off (so that it displays the track info only on hover) may address this...
