This option

  add-option(parser,
             make(<flag-option>,
                  names: #("show-tests", "t"),
                  negative-names: #("quiet", "q"),
                  default: #t,
                  help: "Show each test result as tests complete."));

is displayed like this:

  -t, -q, --show-tests, --quiet Show each test result as tests complete.

It should somehow make clear which options turn off the flag and which turn it on.
