Simple Web GUI with logging option #244

It would be nice to have a simple Web GUI that:

Shows the uptime
Shows the log of nodejs, the one visible in the CLI
Opens the log file (that can be configured in .env)
Has link to /docs
If possible, it shows the input and output of each API request
Can be password protected (password in .env)
