Install for all items

We've recently started using the install feature (with the new git transport) to fetch skills from a git remote.

I'd love to be able to grab all the rulesync objects this way. I believe fetch works that way. I'm not sure why install does not.

Could we add features to the source definition? If it doesn't have this, I'm ok defaulting to current behavior (expect to point directly to skills directory) to keep from breaking any existing setups.

Will do. Do you want me to preserve the default of assuming just skills when features aren't specified or can we break that?
