The Power Module is responsible for supplying power to the entire lidar system, including motors, lasers, sensors, and detectors.

Glossary of Terms

A list of terms that are specific to this module

Interfaces

How the module is linked to other parts of the OpenLidar architecture

Safety

A list of possible safety issues related to the module and suggestions for mitigating any possible risks

The power module is potentially dangerous and should be designed according to best practices and reviewed by an appropriately qualified expert. It is crucial that an individual not be able to come in to contact with any live wires, voltages, or currents, whether by accident or purposefully inserting something into the module.
