Renaming the repository

I wanted to figure out, how the community feels about making extraction the "only" repository for opened dev-tools, i.e., for extraction, transformation, merge and split ops.

This will provide ease of access to potential users and also, allow us to reuse code and intermediate files, DBs etc. across the different functionalities.

If this makes sense, I would also propose that we rename the respository to opened and reorganize code according to functionalities.

I've struggled a bit myself with how decentralized the codebases for our tools are. I think as long as the tools are all part of the same high-level story, it'd be a good idea to merge the codebases.

I would also like this to be a merged code base with combined documentation which makes it easy to navigate and connect different pieces together.
In that case i would suggest dropping the extraction and having just OPENED as the name.

Thanks for the feedback. I have renamed the folder to opened. Lets discuss appropriate code organization for various tools in subsequent issues.
