Wav to file.h

Hello, I would like some advice. I managed to get the program "PlayWAVFromPROGMEM" to work, but I don't know how to properly convert mp3 to Wav and then to file.h. I don't know the exact parameters for conversion to file.h, I'm using linux xxd. Can someone help me? Thank you
