Information about bug

when I try to submit a Lab test report it gives this

This is a self hosted install using easy-script , using the branch - version-15-hotfix

Module

Laboratory (legacy)

Version

Frappe - 15 , erp - 15
Marley = 15-hotfix

Installation method

easy-install

Relevant log output / Stack trace / Full Error Message.

No response
