Docker image with Slurm + R

Hey there! To share with you, I just found a way to test slurmR in GitHub Actions using Slurm. Thanks to https://hub.docker.com/r/xenonmiddleware/slurm, I built a Docker image that contains R, and thus, allows me to run slurmR for R CMD check and interactive usage. I figured you could find this helpful!
