.target file generation should not default to OS specific linefeed character(s) #45

When a .target file is generated the platform/OS specific linefeed character(s) are used. It would be better if file/project/workspace/os settings were used instead.

Feels like this is related to eclipse-pde/eclipse.pde#1059 to some degree, no?

Yes, I think so. It's a bit of a nightmare mess. 😱
