We want to support higher Python Versions and drop support for Python <3.10

Has been discussed here:

You need to modify the pyproject.toml file

change the version of the dependencies:
[tool.poetry.dependencies]
python = "^3.10"

and remove the following from the classifiers:
"Programming Language :: Python",
"Programming Language :: Python :: 3.7",
"Programming Language :: Python :: 3.8",
"Programming Language :: Python :: 3.9",

Hi @AlanPoAlSk ,

welcome to our project :)

In addition to your points, the tox.ini needs to be updated so that the CI stops testing for under 3.9 and start testing for 3.10 and 3.11.
