As part of a content update push for the whole site, consider some updates for Community. Currently this links to the forums.

Initial items to consider:

• There is a great opportunity here to do more...
• It should be a new page
• Example page: https://docker.github.io/get-involved/
• Things to talk about:
  • Source code contributions
  • Forums
  • Events
  • Position in wider ECD Tools community

We can keep the forums link in top nav, but name it differently.

I have intent to, but I haven't had time to figure out Gatsby yet? Want to help? If you could build the scaffolding for the page and make it easy for me to add content, that would be ideal.
