Adopters & Contributors block should be stubbed while lazy loading images

The Contributors & Adopters section lazy loads the images. This creates a jump if you enter the page with an anchor below, e.g.:
https://theia-ide.org/#gettingstarted
To avoid this, a placeholder should be added with the same size before the real images get loaded.
