Main menu click issue

Bug Description:

Hi,
In the latest Theia (browser), if the file explorer is open and you select one of the files/folders and keep it in focus, then to open one of the main menu items you need to do 2 clicks. The interface explorer and I think any tree object like the source control tree, once it has the focus, it will cause this issue to the main menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open the latest Theia (browser) - you can try the online Theia IDE too
2. click anywhere in the file explorer
3. click on one of the main menu items, e.g. File menu
4. it will not be selected until the second click.

• Theia Version: Theia 1.57.1

@msujew I see it could be the same issue!
But I want to indicate that this does not happen only on the first click on the menu, for any menu item you will need to click twice to open it, this is an annoying thing, and the explorer will try to steal the focus back...
