#752 und #708 require us to upgrade our eclipse version to at least 4.18 (2020-12).

I would like to upgrade it to 4.20 (2021-06) and upgrade Xtext to 2.25 in the 0.8.0 release.

If someone thinks that this change is too quick I would postpone the upgrade and the fix for the two issues to 0.9.0.

What is your opinion? I would like to move forward with the release and I would like to get everything ready at the end of this week.
