New tool to revert to a previous version #18

It would be convenient for users to be able to revert to a previous version of the suite on the command line.
Describe the solution you'd like
The interface should be something like this:
tracksuite-revert /path/to/suite hash [--backup] [--user] [--host]
/path/to/suite could be remote, meaning we would not optional user and host to be provided in that case
