As a user, I want to collect hardware stats on my apps' hosts, so that I can correlate them with potential performance issues in my apps.

Acceptance criteria:

requires successful API key authentication to run
sends host specs (hostname, CPU, GPU, RAM, HDD/SDD) to system at startup
sends hardware stats (CPU/GPU/RAM/HDD/SDD usage) to system at set intervals
